Return & Refund Policy

At RahaLina Abayas, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Due to hygiene and product handling standards, certain sale or discounted items may not qualify for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue was caused by our side. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange or refund process will be initiated accordingly.
